The Day Of Your Event!

Your event day has arrived! You can plan on Kevin being there at least an hour before unless other load in time was discussed. Kevin just needs to know where to set up and a power source and he's good to go!

1. Kevin's Show "Rider" - No need for white & M&M's and White Towels! - Kevin is pretty easy when it comes to what he needs the day of your event!

Kevin just needs to be within 50ft of a seperate normal wall outlet - inside or outside. At least a 12' by 10' area - that is a hard surface, dry throughout the event, and if possible at the edge of the dance floor (or dancing area) if there is one for your event.

That's pretty much it! Kevin brings everything he needs for his show so all you have to focus on is enjoying your event! If you were wondering, Kevin drinks water when he plays.

(Regarding power - Kevin uses heavy 12 guage extension chords so his equipment has enough power - if his playing area is further than 50ft from a power source, please let him know and he will try to make other arrangments)

2. Outside Shows - Believe it or not, Kevin played outside in the snow at Kissing Bridge Ski Resort, NY  this past February! (see pictures 2008), that was fun and yes, a little crazy! - but most of his outside shows are in warm weather! ( I couldn't use the heaters or that would melted the snow making water which would have been very bad for equipment and me!)

Outside shows are fine - so long as he has a dry, hard surface throughout the event. Kevin doesn't mind playing in open air on a nice day or night, however, as you can understand, he cannot continue if there is the potential of his equipment getting wet. There is obviously a concern when there is severe weather. If there is a threat of servere weather then Kevin will work with you for an alternative setup.

3. Work Directly With Kevin - Every event is unique and different, Kevin will work right with throughout the entire event. If there is anything he can do at any point feel free to ask. Kevin will be happy to make any announcements at any point, ajdust volume as necessary, and he will be happy to play any requests he can play that you and your guest might have!

4. Toward The End of Your Event - Please discuss with Kevin if you are thinking of having Kevin stay for overtime - please check your contract for details regarding overtime.

5. At the End of Your Event - Kevin usually packs up and gets ready to leave after your event. Please inform Kevin if you need him to leave by a certain time or if your event location has a strict closing policy.
